MY BUSINESS!
In August of 2020 I decided it was time to change the way I had been doing business. Covid had set in, and people could no longer go into the brick and mortar storefronts anymore. I needed to change the way I did business. That's when I started to invest in myself. I learned how to create brand for myself. From there I started to grow my business.
Over the course of the next 18 months my growth had been noticed by my existing brokerage. Leads were being taken away from me and given to other agents in the office. I had enough and decided it was time to make a change in brokerages. It was the best thing I could have done. It gave me control over how I did lead generation, marketed my clients properties, and ultimately it grew my business even more. Since January of 2022 I have been helping other agents grow their businesses across North America.

DAVE KADUN
Dave has been a Realtor since 2015. Having retired from Royal Canadian Mounted Police, he wanted to still connect with people and help them in some way. Real Estate was an interest of his and it made sense to continue that and move into a career. Joining together the interest and the desire to help people just made sense.

His Real Estate Career started in Canada, but in 2023 it expanded to Florida with the creation of the Orlando Based Team of the DK Real Estate Group.

Since that time we have assisted buyers in both locations attain their dream of owning their first homes, but also adding a second home to their portfolio. Primarily with vacation properties.

JENNIFER KADUN
In 2022 Jennifer partnered alongside Dave and together they worked on growing the team. Jennifer comes with a background in finance. Side by side they desire to help you as a real estate agent attain your business goals

Her background in finance and business administration gives her a unique perspective in managing the team in the background. She is responsible for keeping the marketing of properties and all real estate documents in order.

She is a key component to this team. She handles all of the back end paperwork, client requests and team growth across North America.
